Delivery showed up right on time, i had a good feeling it would go smoothly. No issues at all, which is always nice

I got it mounted in the garage eventually, and at first I was thinking, okay, this isn’t too bad. Then out of nowhere the instructions got weirdly confusing in a couple spots and I had to take one part back off and redo it, which was annoying. Once it was finally on the wall, though, it seemed solid and looks fine. Just definitely not as quick or easy to install as I expected

The install was clean and went quickly. The installer seemed like he knew exactly what he was doing, and I didn’t run into any problems. it was smoother than I expected. Did anyone else have it go this easy?

The sales consult was useful, I'll give them that, but it felt rushed like they were just trying to get me off the phone. What really annoyed me is the lack of follow-up afterward. If they’re going to offer a consult, they should actually take responsibility and follow through instead of leaving customers hanging.

I had a really good experience ordering from garage-organization.com. The site was easy to use, I found what I needed without a hassle, and everything showed up quickly. My garage looks so much better now and isn’t the cluttered mess it used to be. It’s nice when a company just does what it says it’s going to do and treats customers fairly. I’d definitely order from them again.

I got my garage shelves put up without having to overthink it. The steps were clear, the pictures made sense, and as long as you use a little common sense it’s straightforward. Took less time than I thought it would.

The shelves and racks themselves look good, and the guys who came out were polite, so maybe I’m being a little picky. The actual install seemed to go fine, and I don’t really have complaints about how everything turned out.

But after they left, the garage was a lot messier than I expected. There was sawdust, packaging pieces, and even a few screws on the floor, so I had to sweep and wipe things down before moving stuff back in. For what I paid, I guess I just thought the cleanup would be more thorough...

Look, the box did arrive damaged, but to be fair, they sorted it out without making it a huge hassle. Things happen in shipping, and they fixed the issue, so I’m not going to act like it was a disaster.

I really appreciated that the installer arrived exactly when he said he would. I didn’t have to sit around waiting or rearrange my day, which made the whole experience a lot easier.

I ordered some storage racks from garage-organization.com because our garage had slowly turned into one of those spaces where everything just kind of ends up on the floor. We had plastic bins, random tools, seasonal decorations, holiday boxes, and a bunch of other stuff stacked in corners and along the walls, so I was really hoping these would help. they fit way more than I expected them to. Once we got everything up onto the racks and off the ground, the whole garage immediately felt bigger and a lot less chaotic, even though obviously the actual space didn’t change. It’s just much easier to walk around now and find things without moving five boxes first. Overall, I’m happy with them and glad we finally did it.

I remember the site being simple enough to look at and I didn’t have any trouble getting around. I can’t recall any design detail that really stood out, though, it just felt a little dated and kind of plain. It works fine, but visually there wasn’t much that stuck with me.

I thought these shelves looked decent when I opened the box, but once I started putting them up, the metal felt thinner than I expected. One of the brackets actually bent a bit during installation, which was frustrating. For what I paid, I personally expected something a little stronger. They do work, but I wouldn’t call them great

I ended up returning one of the shelves, and the exchange process was painless. Support basically said, “No problem, we’ll get that sorted,” and they did. It was handled quickly enough and I didn’t have to chase anyone around.

I liked that picking the custom sizes was easy, which made the whole process less stressful. The only thing is I kind of wish the colors had matched a bit better in person. Maybe I’m just being picky, but I expected them to be a closer match. Overall still a good experience, just took a little longer than I hoped

I was fully expecting my garage measurements to be just wrong enough to cause a headache, because naturally that’s how these projects usually go. But everything actually fit really well. The shelves lined up nicely, there weren’t any weird gaps, and the whole install was way easier than I had braced myself for

I stopped in looking for some garage shelves and wall hooks, and they had most of what I needed right there. One shelf size I wanted was out of stock, which felt like a preventable issue, but there were enough other options that it didn’t totally throw me off. Checkout was quick and easy too. Would’ve been 5 stars if everything had been in stock.

I bought a few of these garage shelves and at first they seemed totally fine. Maybe I overloaded them a bit, I’m not sure, but after a few months I started noticing the brackets bending. They’re not complete junk or anything, but for what I paid, I guess I just expected them to hold up better.
